Caitlin started playing volleyball in high school. She played Club Volleyball from 2003 to 2006. Caitlin went on to play for Randolph Macon College, graduating in 2010.
Caitlin started coaching in 2014 at her alma mater, Mercy High School. She coached the JV team for two seasons. In 2017, Caitlin took an assistant Varsity coaching position at Roland Park Country School, where she coached for two seasons.
Caitlin continues to play volleyball competitively on indoor and beach volleyball teams. She is a certified USAV scorekeeper and is impact certified. This is her third season coaching with MVA.
