Cara played volleyball for 4 years at Hereford High School from 2008-12 while competing in tournaments via club ball.
During college Cara was active in intramural and beach vball leagues and continues to play in adult leagues today.
Cara graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S, in Sports Management and Public Relations. Currently, she is Marketing Director for an Event Management Company in Columbia.
Currently Cara is the JV coach at Dulaney where she led them to winning the County title in her first year.
Cara is Impact and SafeSport certified and is excited to share her love of the game by coaching with the MVA family. This is her 2nd year with Master's.
