Co-Director
Chelsea has grown up with the sport of volleyball and has had success playing varsity all four years in high school and helping take her collegiate team to the NCAA "Sweet 16" 3 years in a row.
Chelsea graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Eastern University, and while she still enjoys training athletes, she focuses most of her time coaching.
Her coaching experience consists of 19 years of club, GM2 certification (8 years), Impact certification and currently coaches private lessons (tutoring) full time. During the high school season Chelsea coached at Dulaney High School from 2009 - 2020. In 2013 the JV and Varsity teams both went undefeated, both winning a County Title, and varsity winning Regionals and States. Since then they have returned to the County Championship every year, winning 5 Championships.
Chelsea started her first year at Garrison Forest School in 2021 and coached the GFS Varsity into the Conference Championship match in her first year. Today she is still on staff as a volunteer assistant coach.
Chelsea has coached the MVA 18 National team for 6 seasons. In 2016 her team won 8 Gold Medals and 2 separate bids to the USAV Junior National Championships. She has currently helped 100% of her athletes who wish to play at the next level get offers to play in college.
During the 2022-23 club season Chelsea will act only as the club director and will spend her time with all of the teams within MVA.
