Grace grew up playing volleyball and played 4 years on her varsity team. She earned a full division 1 scholarship to Coppin State University as a setter. She has her degree in family studies, a minor in psychology, and some graduate courses in professional counseling from liberty university.
Her coaching experience consists of 17 years of club, GM2 certification (8 years), Impact certified, Cap I certified and current coaches private lessons (tutoring). She coached at Dulaney High School for 9 years as the JV head coach/varsity assistant coach. She is currently in her 3rd year as the head varsity coach at Bryn Mawr where in her first year she led them to the final 4 in the IAAM since 2008.
Grace not only has a passion for the game of volleyball but a heart for each individual player. As a coach her goal is to help each player succeed not only in volleyball but in every day life.
