Coach Scott will be in his 2nd season as the assistant coach for the U17/18 boys. With a coaching career that started in 1995 while in graduate school in San Antonio, TX, assisting for 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball teams, Coach Scotts journey brought him to Maryland. He met his wife playing competitive coed volleyball and managing a USAV men's team. Coach Scott has competed and won multiple outdoor and indoor tournaments and has transitioned, in 2009, to coaching kids, both boys and girls, ages 5-18.
Certified in Gold MedalSquared and Positive Coaching alliance he is currently studying John Kessel's mini-volleyball concepts and has developed a volleyball curriculum for 2nd-5th graders.
